Visiting the “Century of the Child” exhibition at the Moma New york

I visited “Century of the Child” at the Moma museum in New York.
The exhibition is a comprehensive survey of design for children throughout the 20th century. There was a lot to see, from wooden Bauhaus objects to modern video games and everything in between.
I saw a lot of toys from my youth. I realized that it’s no mystery why I like bright colors and geometric shapes. It was exactly what I grew up with. Our home was empty except for a few abstract paintings, I played with Lego and I went to a Montessori school.
The exhibition is beautiful and comprehensive, I’m sure I’ll go again to look more.
(Note: Montessori is an education system focused on independent and visual learning)
